For Patients

What Patients Can Expect

At Morgan Medical Center, we strive to exceed the expectations of our patients. Our admissions department, located at the main entrance, will welcome you to our facility. The department staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared to make a patient’s registration experience as smooth as possible.

Patients who are having a procedure that has been scheduled ahead of time by their physician’s office may receive a phone call from our staff a day or two prior to their visit. This will allow the patient to provide most of the registration information from the comfort of their own home.

To better serve our patients and ensure accurate information in our medical records, our staff will need to make copies of a patient’s insurance cards and personal identification, such as a driver’s license. Having this information available upon check-in will speed up the registration process.

Our admissions staff can also give you an estimate of the anticipated cost of the most common tests and procedures in our laboratory and radiology departments. We do request that patients be prepared to pay for the portion of the expenses not covered by their insurance policy. While Morgan Medical Center contracts with many insurance companies, we ask that patients contact their insurance company directly for any questions they may have concerning coverage.

Access the Patient Portal

Our patient portal is a secure website where you can conveniently access your personal health information. The patient portal will allow you to:

  • View your health record and history
  • Review lab results
  • See upcoming appointments
  • Message your physician team and office staff

If you have trouble creating/accessing your portal, please call support at 1 (877) 621-8014.
