Dr. Robert Pepper is Morgan Physician Services’ new primary care physician. Board certified in family medicine, he joins MPS after spending more than 25 years serving as a physician and missionary in West Africa. He and his wife, Rhonda, a Rutledge native, are excited to bring their family home to Morgan County.
